Whether you are an athlete, working adult, retired senior or recovering from injury, functional stretching greatly assists in daily activities, from playing with grandkids to post-op surgery on tight ROM of the knees/hips to improving Tspine mobility for the long game. 

A 30-minute Therapeutic Stretch Session includes: 

A 25 minute in depth focus on areas of the body, e.g., sciatica, low back pain, shoulder stiffness, tight midback (T-spine), fasciitis, common trigger points, with 5 minutes covering 2-3 flexibility moves. Recommended for people on the go or working through chronic conditions. 

A 60-minute Therapeutic Stretch Session includes: 

A 50-minute complete total body focus, for general population or an athletic sport stretch, utilizing 8-12 stretching movements, various traction holds, massage gun (local vibration) and desensitization techniques to facilitate relaxation of the body down to the cellular level. At the conclusion there is 5-10 minutes for an individualized flexibility routine to maximize our sessions. Recommended for all ages.
