Alicia holds a double bachelor’s degree in Community Health and Wellness and Psychology from Eastern Illinois University. She is also certified by the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) in Group Fitness and Personal Training, and she completed her Stretch Therapist Certificate from NASM. Since beginning her professional career in 2020, she has worked with a diverse clientele as a mobile therapist, bringing her expertise directly to homes and offices.
As a lifelong multi-level athlete engaged in competitive sports and completing full-distance Ironman triathlons, Alicia understands the crucial role of rest and recovery and the transformative benefits of assisted stretching.
